While the whole Northeast and New York Fashion Week is still reeling from snowstorm Nemo (which interestingly means nobody in Latin), it’s warming up here in Austin and the February fashion magazines have me thinking about Spring. Flirty, warm-weather shoes are cropping up everywhere and so is the use of plastic in shoes.
