Sometimes it’s the little things that I come across during my day that remind me to smile. Last Thursday I was taking my lunch break when I stumbled across a giant bank lobby filled with art! Children’s art!
Children’s art is so joyful and uninhibited and pure – how could it not make you smile? Different schools from all around the Austin district submitted their best work from grades K-12. If you have time you should definitely stop by the Wells Fargo building at 111 Congress Avenue and check it out. The pictures below don’t do the spirit of some of these pieces justice, for example the wire on the abstract portrait or the curled bits of paper that make up the blue portrait.
